    14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. If it's not right for you, we'll give you your money back.

    How It Works

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, simply send an email to erik@erikpin.com with the following details:

    • The email address associated with your account
    • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

    Processing Time

    Once your refund request is received, we will process it within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

    After the 14-Day Window

    After the 14-day refund window has passed, you can still cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.
